Catherine Painvin

Everwood

In 1992, Catherine founds Everwood, a company specialised in accessory furniture such as low tables, seashell and oak leaf shaped beds, mirrors, lose cover bench seats in any size, faux fur throws, and other articles of decoration. The brand’s innovative designs are particularly praised by the specialised press: several hotels around the world avidly acquire Everwood throws and Le Fort de l’Océan hotel even orders a seashell themed room.

Over a period of ten years, Catherine’s son, Nicolas, and his wife Emma developed the Everwood brand in France and then in the USA, where flag patterned woollen throws are spectacularly successful.
